CANCELLATION: if you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning ,we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice this allow us the opportunity to reschedule your clean time for that day if we receive less than 24 hours notice ,there will be a $15 cancellation fee if our team arrives at your place and are unable to get in there will be a $15fee (lockout) to cover our labor and transportation costs. some payment is due at time of service/unless other arrangement are made with the company ,we accept all major credit cards & cash.
